We provide active monitoring of the custom API connector and maintenance for future PMS version changes. Technical support includes direct escalation to the hotel's PMS vendor.
All communication with the PMS occurs via highly secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols. Our API connector only requests minimal permissions (*least privilege*) necessary for charge posting and Work Order creation, protecting all other guest data.
